Switchboard LGBT+

Additional support for LGBT+ and Children, young people & families and Mental Health support and Support for adults

Switchboard LGBT+ provides a one-stop listening service for LGBT+ people on the phone, by email and through instant messaging.

They also have useful resources on their website including an emotional wellbeing support pack. The service is open 10am-10pm every day. All volunteers are self-identifying LGBT+.
