Holly Gazzard Trust helping Domestic Violence
Holly Gazzard Trust is a charity created following the murder of 20-year-old Hollie Gazzard in 2014 by an ex-partner. The charity helps reduce domestic violence through creating and delivering programmes on domestic abuse and promoting healthy relationships to schools and colleges. The charity has developed a smartphone app called Holly Guard to help women to better protect themselves is working alone, travelling to an unknown area. Their new 24/7 monitoring service provides direct access to a dedicated emergency response team who are fully equipped to assess your situation and are trained in appropriate escalation procedures.
