Our frontline workers are under pressure like never before. It can be hard to prioritise your own mental health when you’re caring for others in such a difficult situation – but your wellbeing matters.
Mental health support is available for key workers including health, care, emergency, education and key workers at individual organisations in the county (see your intranet for more information).
Special access has been arranged for you to certain wellbeing apps such as Silvercloud, Sleepio and Daylight, for advice on how to cope with stress, improve sleeping patterns and suggestions for mindfulness

It can be hard to know where to turn when we’re struggling with our mental health but support is available, from NHS and council-commissioned services to local and national charities. Many services are free, confidential, and you can access them yourself without a referral from a professional.
