Key workers
Our frontline workers are under pressure like never before. It can be hard to prioritise your own mental health when you’re caring for others in such a difficult situation – but your wellbeing matters.
Mental health support is available for key workers including health, care, emergency, education and key workers at individual organisations in the county (see your intranet for more information).
Special access has been arranged for you to certain wellbeing apps such as Silvercloud, Sleepio and Daylight, for advice on how to cope with stress, improve sleeping patterns and suggestions for mindfulness
Further details of the support available can be found on NHS People for NHS staff, and through the CARE workforce app for adult social care staff.
