Bullying
All bullying, whatever the motivation or method is unacceptable and should not be tolerated. It can affect anyone and we are all potential targets. Most people understand bullying as behaviour by an individual or group, repeated over time, that is intended to hurt another individual or group either physically or emotionally. All schools should have measures in place to prevent bullying and employers should have procedures in place to deal with bullying in the workplace.
